Pretty Little Parcel is our subscription service in which you receive a box a goodies per month through your letterbox for £10.00 per month. As this is on a subscription basis, you will be subscribed to the service via the PayPal account you choose to pay with. You can cancel this at any time from within the PayPal account you used to pay for the subscription.
We truly hope that you are happy with your item but if for any reason you are not, you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com to ask for the return and explain the reason for the return and you will be given the returns address. Please note, the item must be returned to us in the condition that it was sent to you, so please ensure the product is packaged as you received it so it does not get damaged in transit, unfortunately, we cannot cover the returns cost. To ensure the return comes back to us safely we advise that you ask for a proof of postage receipt.
Our payments are processed via PayPal, only PayPal will have your information so it is completely safe, no payment information is stored by us.
Our payment processor is PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay via your card on the PayPal website by selecting Pay by Debit/Credit Card below the paypal sign in box.
Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail; larger items will be sent via a courier.
On our product pages you will be able to see how many items are currently in stock, if the item is not in stock you can add your email address and you will automatically be emailed when the item is back in stock.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt, the product should be with you within 7 working days of postage. If for any unlikely reason there is a delay in posting you will be informed.
There is a fixed flat rate fee of £3.95 per order for small items and a flat rate of £5.95 for large sized items. However, if your order is £100.00 or over your postage is free.
