What is the difference between artificial flowers and faux flowers?

Nothing. Faux flowers, artificial flowers, fake flowers and silk flowers are different names for the same thing: flowers made from fabric, plastic or foam rather than grown. We say faux because ours are made to pass for real.
Do your artificial flowers look real?

They are chosen to. Every stem is picked for realistic colour, petal shape and a natural bend in the stem, so a vase of them reads as fresh flowers from across a room.
How do I arrange artificial flowers in a vase?

Use an odd number of stems, bend each one to a different height, put the fullest flowers low and the finer stems high, and leave space between them. Three to five stems fill a standard vase.
Can artificial flowers be used outside?

Yes, in a sheltered spot such as a porch or a covered doorway. Direct sun fades the colour over a season and heavy rain marks fabric petals, so keep them out of both.
How do you clean artificial flowers?

Dust them with a soft brush or a hairdryer on the cool setting, and wipe fabric petals with a slightly damp cloth. Do not soak them.
