Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must:
• Be unused and in resellable condition
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Be adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit
Items returned damaged, used, or without suitable packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
We operate a secure online returns portal to make the process straightforward and efficient.

You will need:
• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
Once inside the portal:
• Select the item(s) you wish to return
• Choose your reason for return
• Follow the instructions provided
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive confirmation and further instructions by email.
Return Shipping Options
Unless your item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer the following options:
Return Protection (Optional – £1.99 at Checkout)
If Return Protection was selected at checkout, a pre-paid return label will be provided through our returns portal at no additional cost. This covers returns for change-of-mind or unwanted items.
If your item is confirmed as faulty or damaged, and you previously purchased Return Protection, this fee may be refunded.
Standard Returns (No Protection Selected)
If Return Protection was not selected at checkout, you may:
• Purchase a pre-paid return label through our returns portal (currently £5.95), or
• Arrange your own tracked return shipping using a courier of your choice.
Where a return label is purchased through our portal, the cost may either be paid during the return process or deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please include your order number or original invoice inside the parcel so we can process your refund efficiently.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If a return arrives back to us damaged due to insufficient packaging or courier handling, we may be unable to issue a refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damage
We will offer either a replacement or a full refund once the issue has been reviewed.
Return postage for verified faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Please allow:
• 2–10 working days for processing (depending on warehouse volume)
• PayPal refunds are typically instant
• Card payments may take 5–10 working days to appear in your bank
You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.
