HOW MUCH IS IT WORTH?
Each Autumn Box contains over £70 worth of seasonal home décor, yours for just £49.95.
A beautiful way to update your home for Spring , without the full retail spend.
WHATS INSIDE?
Each SummerBox includes a thoughtfully curated mix of seasonal home décor, designed to refresh your space effortlessly.
You can expect a variety of pieces such as:

- Decorative accessories and more
Every box is carefully put together so the pieces work beautifully together in your home.
CAN I RETURN MY BOX OR EXCHANGE THE CONTENTS INSIDE?
The boxes are non refundable and the contents cannot be changed once sent out, we will not send duplicate products.
If anything inside your box is damaged it will be replaced, just send us an email within 2 days of receiving your box.
Cancelled subscriptions
Once a subscription payment is taken the parcel will be delivered, we cannot issue refunds on subscriptions once the payment has been received, your welcome to cancel it the following month.
All perks along with our subscription service will be removed when the subscriptions are cancelled, such as priority shipping as standard and free priority shipping over £30.
Payment was taken on the 1st when will I receive my box?
Payments are taken on the 1st of the month and the boxes will be dispatched before or on the 15th the same month, this allows us to confirm your payments have been successful and get the boxes out to you in ample time.
If your order is placed after the 1st of the month, payments will be taken the first of the following month and delivered the same month as payment was made.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AND HOW WILL IT BE DELIVERED?
Boxes will arrive with Evri ,you will be notified when your order is on the way. You can request it be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’re not going to be home. Please use our tracking portal or your order confirmation to track.
Item arrived damaged?
Please proceed to our refund portal and proceed through the returns process, select damaged item. Upload images of your damaged product and comments on the delivery and proceed to exchange or refund.
WILL THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX ALWAYS BE THE SAME?
Our Summer Box is carefully curated at launch, and all boxes released at the start of the season will contain the same products.
As the season progresses (typically after 4–5 weeks), some items may change slightly depending on availability. On occasion, small variations may also occur due to stock levels ,but every version is thoughtfully put together and maintains the same overall value and style.
DELIVERY & RE-DELIVERY POLICY
If Evri has not attempted delivery or the parcel has been left in an incorrect location, we will of course investigate and cover any necessary postage costs.
However, if delivery has been successfully attempted and the parcel is not accepted, the address provided is incorrect, or the parcel is not collected from a pick-up shop, a re-delivery fee will apply.
As our seasonal boxes are carefully priced with a very small margin, we’re unfortunately unable to absorb additional shipping costs once a delivery has been successfully attempted.
Re-delivery fee: £4.50
DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY
Orders are sent via standard delivery and usually arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier. Tracking details will be provided so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
