Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my parcel?
All subscription boxes are dispatched by the 15th of each month at the latest.
In most cases, dispatch begins from the 5th onwards, so many customers receive their box earlier.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been sent.
Can I cancel and how do I?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, there is no minimum term.
Simply log into your account on our website to cancel or pause your subscription whenever you wish.
Can I return my box or exchange the contents?
Because each box is a specially curated subscription collection, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges once it has been sent.
We also ensure that duplicate products are not included within the same box.
If something arrives damaged, simply contact us within 2 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to organise a replacement.
Can I track my order and how will it be delivered?
Your subscription box is delivered via Evri. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.
If you’re not going to be home, you can request for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
How does billing and delivery work?
Payments are taken on the 1st of each month. Boxes are dispatched on or before the 15th of the same month. This allows us time to confirm successful payment and prepare your order for delivery.
If you place your order on or after the 16th of the month, payment will still be taken at checkout, however your box will be dispatched at the start of the following month. No second payment will be taken during this time, and your subscription will then continue to renew monthly as normal.
Why is my box slightly different from someone else’s?
While we aim to keep each box consistent, colour variations may differ depending on stock availability.
We also refresh and update our seasonal collections throughout the season. This means there may be more than one variation of a box available at any time, particularly if you joined later in the season.
In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar piece of equal quality and value to maintain the overall look and feel of the collection.
Item arrived damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please visit our Returns Portal, linked at the bottom of our website, to submit your replacement request.
Simply follow the steps in the portal to arrange an exchange for the damaged product.
DELIVERY & RE-DELIVERY POLICY
If Evri has not attempted delivery or the parcel has been left in an incorrect location, we will of course investigate and cover any necessary postage costs.
However, if delivery has been successfully attempted and the parcel is not accepted, the address provided is incorrect, or the parcel is not collected from a pick-up shop, a re-delivery fee will apply.
As our seasonal boxes are carefully priced with a very small margin, we’re unfortunately unable to absorb additional shipping costs once a delivery has been successfully attempted.

Orders are sent via standard delivery and usually arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier. Tracking details will be provided so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
