How Does It Work?

  • Payments are taken on the 1st of each month via automatic direct debit (card or PayPal).
  • Boxes are dispatched on or before the 15th of the same month.
  • If you subscribe after the 1st, your first payment will be taken the following month.

If a payment fails, it will automatically retry.
Manual payments may be required if retries are unsuccessful.

Payment Has Been Taken But I Haven't Received My Box?

  • Payments are taken on the 1st of each month via automatic direct debit (card or PayPal).
  • Boxes are dispatched on or before the 15th of the same month.

    If your box has not been received it will be dispatched before or on the 15th of the month.

    If your box was paid for after the 15th of the month your first box received will be the following months box as the cut of for the current month is the 15th.

Is There a Minimum Term?

You may cancel anytime before your next billing date via your account dashbaord.

Are Monthly Boxes Refundable?

Yes , you may pause your monthly subscription for one month via your account dashboard. Please log into your account and click Subscriptions.

Which Couriers Do You Use?

UK parcels are delivered via:

Furniture items may be delivered via specialist courier or pallet service.

All parcels are tracked.

Delivery Verification Process

If a parcel is marked as delivered, we verify:

  • The delivery address matches the order
  • GPS tracking confirms the correct location
  • Photographic proof shows delivery at the property

If any discrepancy is found, we raise a courier investigation immediately.

Responsibility After Confirmed Delivery

Once delivery has been confirmed as correctly completed (address match + GPS + photographic proof), responsibility transfers to the recipient.

As a small independent business, we are unable to refund or replace parcels reported missing after confirmed correct delivery.

This policy protects us against fraudulent claims and ensures fairness across all orders.

Safe Place Deliveries

If no delivery instructions are provided, couriers may leave parcels in a location they deem suitable at the property.

If you prefer:

  • A specific safe place
  • Delivery to a neighbour
  • Or no safe place delivery

Please update your preferences via the tracking link before delivery. Parcels left outside your home without instructions left to couriers are the customers responsibility.

International parcels are shipped via FedEx, and may be transferred to a local courier upon arrival in your country.

We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) where applicable.
Orders under your country’s de minimis threshold will not incur additional duties.

Other Countries

Duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival.

  6. Additional spends will be paid for at checkout whilst any funds owed back to you will be refunded to your card or credit.
