With its two-part roofline and dormer attic window, this large LED attic house has more going on than most ceramic houses. The main gable rises to just over 18cm, a lower side wing carries the attic window and chimney, and arched windows on the front and side let the glow escape in two directions, so it looks as good from an angle as head-on. In soft white ceramic that suits any style of Christmas decor, it's an easy addition to existing light-up ceramic houses and one of the best Christmas room decorations for a window sill. Boxed with a candle it makes a lovely Christmas house gift, and as house ornaments go it's the one that gets unpacked first every year.
Styling tip: Set it on a windowsill so the glow is visible from the street too, with a small faux fir tree beside it and a length of fairy lights weaving through.
