Dispatch and Delivery information.
Our Postage and packaging costs are a standard £4.95 per order. In certain parts of Ireland and Europe you will need to email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order details so we can obtain a postage quote for you.
Our Subscription service offers FREE delivery, this is automatically applied at checkout. However, if you also order a stock item you will be charged delivery.
It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days from the original order date. If for any reason this is not the case we will email you to notify you.
It is essential that the address you give to us is correct, if it is not we cannot be liable for the loss or additional postage costs. If you have placed an order and wish to amend the address, please email us (email@example.com) as soon as possible and we will do our best to change it.
Returns (Normal stock items)
If for any reason you would like to return all or part of your order, please EMAIL us within 7 working days of receiving the order (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please tell us your order number along with the reason for returning, and if you would like a full refund or an exchange.
We do not cover the costs of returns (unless the item is faulty or damaged) so please ensure you send your returns with a tracked delivery service as we can not be liable for lost goods and you will not receive a refund.
Please ensure when sending goods back to us that they are packaged in their original packaging and safe for transit.
As soon as we receive the return back we will issue the refund back to your original payment method, this can take up to 7 working days to appear.
At Pretty Little Home we respect all of our customer’s privacy, and we are very serious to ensure that we protect it. Your information will NEVER be provided to any 3rd parties, we will only ever use your email address to send you updates on your orders or to keep you informed of any offers you may be interested in.
No payment information of yours is stored on our server and all transactions are processed via trusted PCI DSS Complaint 3rd party companies (PayPal and Stripe)
Pretty Little Parcel
Pretty Little Parcel’s are custom orders, which means we have to order a set amount of stock in each month for each customer’s parcel, therefore we cannot offer a refund or returns on this item after the due bill date however you can cancel your subscription at any time before the billing date in your account menu.
If there is a damaged item in the box, email us (orders@Prettylittlehome.co.uk) with you full name and we will replace is straight away.
